Shipping Policy
All transportable areas:
Shipping charges are calculated during the shopping cart and checkout process. Most in-stock items are shipped the same day if ordered before 2:00 PM EST on a weekday, except for orders shipped via economy. Tracking numbers and status can be viewed via the Order Status page.
Economy
When available, this is usually the least costly shipping method for a shipment. Your order will be shipped by the most economical method based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your order and the delivery location. Most in-stock items will arrive within 10-15 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. This is the only option that allows shipping to Post Office Boxes (PO Boxes) and APO/FPO military locations. Orders shipped via Economy Shipping are not guaranteed to ship the same day if placed before 2:00 PM EST.
Standard
Your order will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground depending on the weight, size, and delivery location of the items in your order. Most in-stock items will arrive within 8-12 business days. Choose this option if you want to make sure your shipment arrives 1-2 days faster than the economy method.
Express
This shipping method is available if your order is Express or contains oversized or heavy items for which normal standard ground shipping rates do not apply. Your order will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground depending on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of the items in your order. Most in-stock items will arrive within 5-8 business days. Choose this option if you want to make sure your shipment arrives 1-2 days faster than the Economy Oversize method.

For orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, you can choose from the following shipping options. Shipping charges will be calculated in real time in your shopping cart based on the country, location, billable weight and package size of your order.

Hazardous materials cannot be Express or shipped internationally. Dangerous Goods fees may apply for ground shipping.
Orders containing hazardous materials and orders valued over $1,000 will require a signature upon delivery.
APO/FPO/MPO shipping is provided by USPS. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
Most out of stock items will be shipped via USPS or Economy Service Level unless otherwise specified by the customer.
Restricted Items:
State laws prohibit the shipment of the following items:
Maine - Lead pendants weighing 1 ounce or less (or less than 2.5 inches)
Massachusetts - Lead pendants 1 oz. or less; lead fishing hooks less than 1 oz.
New Hampshire - Lead pendant 1 ounce or less; lead fish hooks less than 1 in.
New York - Lead pendant 1/2 ounce or less
Vermont - lead hooks 1/2 ounce or less
If the items in your cart are prohibited from shipping to your state, you will not be able to checkout.
